The temperature is rising as the BERKELEY STREET THEATRE prepares for the Toronto premiere of 10 NAKED MEN, RONNIE LARSEN’s comedy about prostitution in California. Set in Hollywood, 10 NAKED MEN focuses on 10 individuals; 3 hustlers, 2 producers, 2 agents, 1 banker, a single photographer, and a lone actor. All 10 MEN are involved in the entertainment industry; all are wrapped up in the quest for fame, fortune and happiness. And yes, they all get naked!
10 NAKED MEN is inspired by Ronnie Larsen’s personal experience while living in Southern California and is another Larsen “take” on the world of entertainment.
After a 6 month run Off-Broadway and 3 month sell-out run in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, the production sold out in cities all over the U.S.
Ronnie Larsen is the author of Making Porn which completed a wildly successful 16 month run Off Broadway and continues to play to packed houses in its 9th year.
For this Toronto engagement, 10 NAKED MEN features Falcon Lifetime Exclusive Matthew Rush, the Biggest and hottest name in gay porn today. Also joining the cast is local Toronto’s performer MICHAEL BACH in the role of the tough “Ex-Con.” His long standing theatrical career includes the notable starring role in Broadway’s Broadway National Tour of the musical WIND IN THE WILLOWS. He was featured in THIS IS WONDERLAND, SOUL FOOD :THE TV SERIES. The ASSOCIATES and starred opposite JASON PRIESTLY in the film thriller DARKNESS FALLING.
Matthew and Michael will be joined by veterans from previous mountings including PRESTON BRITTON, MATTHEW CLORAN, BRENDON O’ROURKE and ISAAC BRANTNER.
Joining the cast are Toronto actors DOUGLAS HURST, ROBERT MACK, IAIN SANDERSON and KAVE SHOMAN..
10 NAKED MEN will be performed at the Berkeley St. Theatre Upstairs, 26 Berkeley St., for three weeks only from July 1st through July 18th.
